Local Church Men's Ministry Traininghe South Seattle Coalition of Men's Ministries (Pronounced "Seek Him.") sole purpose is to equip men to seek His kingdom and His righteousness (Matthew 6:33). SSeaCMM accomplishes this mission by providing men's ministry workshops, seminars, tools, training, and consulting services to help churches implement an ongoing ministry to and through men. Through the brotherhood of Christ, we strive to help men serve God by using their time, talents, and treasures in an effort to transform their homes, their communities, and their churches for the glory of God. The goal of our training initiative is to provide first class training materials that equip pastors, men's ministry leaders, and men in ministry with the knowledge and skills to facilitate a growing local church ministry to and through your men. Like most men, churches do not plan to fail they fail to plan. The first step in planning your men's ministry is to get the kind of resources that help your church focus its ministry to and through men with an effective and lasting strategy. The goal of our training initiative is to provide first class training materials that equip pastors, men's ministry leaders, and men in ministry with the knowledge and skills to facilitate a growing local church ministry to and through your men. Focusing Your Men's Ministry helps church leaders and pastors to design a new ministry or evaluate an existing ministry to men. After the workshop your ministry team will have a short and long range strategic design that is effective and efficient.
After the workshop
your ministry will have a strategic design that includes:

- Snap shot of the men in your church
- MM leadership survey
- MM Vision, Mission, and Guiding principles

- Recommended Set of MM Benchmarks

2. Developing Your Men's Ministry Small Groups helps church leaders and pastors understand the unique dynamics for men in small groups using a sports relational model. After the workshop your ministry team will have the tools for staring, growing, evaluating, and measuring the effectiveness of you men's small group ministry. - Module One: Principles (the process of how men form relationships)

male relations and helps the pastor and or
mm leader implement a ministry with prayer, purpose, plans, and
people)
3. Building Your Men's Ministry Team (TBD) is in process and should be ready for delivery fall of 2008. When completed, this workshop will help church men’s ministry leaders start and develop their men’s ministry leadership team. Other Seminars include:

This message challenges men to join with other godly men for accountability in one-on-one settings or through a small group. Topics include Biblical transformation, Jonathon and David's commitment to one another, and the process for building godly male relationships.
